After Ruiko ends up buying the last cans of mackerel she wanted to buy, Frenda tries to get some off of her and ends up having dinner with her, leading the two of them to become friends. Some time later, as Ruiko buys herself another Indian Polka card, a group called SCHOOL looking for a card pertaining to something called "the tweezers" arrange for her to be kidnapped, prompting Frenda to go and rescue her. After the kidnap attempt is foiled, SCHOOL calls upon the sniper Rakko Yumiya to hunt down Ruiko and Frenda.
