At the restaurant, Mr. Kondo pointedly reminds Tachibana they are just friends. Yoshizawa laments Mr. Kondo’s criticism of his hair, so Yui offers to cut it for him, explaining she has some skill as she wants to become a hairdresser. Yoshizawa enthusiastically agrees, but Yui confides in Tachibana that she is not as skilled a hairdresser as she’d claimed, and only wanted a chance to be with Yoshizawa. Recalling her experiences with Mr. Kondo, Tachibana encourages Yui not to give up on her romantic pursuit. Tachibana tells Mr. Kondo that, since they’re friends, she wants to text with him...
