The Imperial Arms are so lethal that if two wielders choose to duel, one of them will ultimately perish. In the streets, Tatsumi and Akame pair up to find Zanku. Tatsumi is led away by an illusion of Sayo, soon falling into a trap set by Zanku, who uses his Imperial Arms Spectator, a headpiece that grants precognition to predict every attack...
