But when Snot is wrongly accused of stealing the kid's bar mitzvah money, he must answer to the Rabbi, putting his own celebration in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Stan and Francine pitch an idea to a cell phone company, but the plan gets "dropped" when they cannot deliver the goods.
