(Villain: Maximus IQ) Circus Sparkimus: Betty's plans to go fishing with her dad are interrupted when Barker, an evil circus carney, brings her carnivorous circus to Earth in search of a Galactic Guardian to throw into the ring and makes Sparky the main attraction.
