Dr. Gangreen relates the story of a childhood enemy named Sidney Igotcha whose tricks led to Gangreen's obsession with tomatoes. Now he's back and created a new enemy aimed at his own attempts at world conquest. It's an all-out war between the two bitter foes. Tomato vs. Kumquat and the Tomato Task Force caught in the middle.
