Dr. BadVibes decides to toy around with the idea of creating toy size robots and program them to steal items from the homes of the children who own them. Brian O’Malley, the son of LongArm, gets one of the robots for his birthday. Named “Rocky,” this robot goes and steals a family heirloom, a green leprechaun statue passed down from LongArm’s great-grandfather, and runs off with it. Brian follows the robot to where BadVibes set up his hideout at an old abandoned toy factory right near the sewers. There, he gets captured and held captive by BadVibes, who winds up arguing with Buzzbomb over the share of the stolen loot, hurting his feelings in the process. Brian must talk Buzzbomb into releasing and helping him, Sundown, and his father put a stop to BadVibes and his army of thieving robots.
