When Barrage tries to enforce discipline in the school, he confiscates everyone's cell phones. Now Lee has to retrieve them, so he can get back the one that belongs to Radcircles. After giving detention to people who have seen the robot Hazmats, including Cam, Tina and Brad, he finds his opportunity to get Brandy to help him inspect the school. The shools fails to pass but is given a second chance. Lee eventually retrieves Radcircle's phone and replaces the burnt phones with new ones, given by Vice Principal Victoria from the School Sponsor.
