Flint visits his cousins in Pleasant Cove, an experimental community secretly owned by Cobra. He soon finds out that they, and the whole population of the town are brainwashed slaves of Cobra, and if captured, Flint may be joining them. (Flint voice actor Bill Ratner also voices the newscaster in the broadcast that Cobra uses to brainwash the citizens.)
