In the city, a passer-by is hit by a car and when it blows in front of the crowd a pointed horn rises from his forehead causing awe, until a gas spreads in the air, hiding two mysterious individuals who remove the body. The news is reported by the crime news and at the center it is decided to investigate. Hayato volunteers and, heading into the city, wanders the streets aimlessly, looking for a clue. The young man meets a childhood friend and together they find themselves facing ugly thugs with obscure motivations. Released unscathed from the adventure, the two separate and Hayato continues his patrol in search of something that can lead him back to the kingdom of demons. Hayato's friend, however, is in contact with Hidler who plagiarizes him and transforms him into a member of the demons, trained to capture humans and make them faithful slaves of the Demon Brai. Hayato manages to mingle with the captured men, thus discovering the nature of what he considered his friend; at that point it is necessary to call the rest of the Throwing Squad that rushes into the city aboard the shuttles while a monster emerges from the city park, ready to fight against the Throw Robot. It's up to Rygar to fight with the monster and when Hatato discovers that his friend's soul is irremediably corrupted, he defeats him without hesitation. At the end of the fight, however, the boy regrets what he has caused, dying in tears in Hayato's arms.
