Ui dreams of herself and brother Hajime, as children, sharing a slice of cheesecake. Hajime wipes a splotch of cream from her cheek and the dream cuts to an image of Kazuma's unintentional kiss by the stream. Ui wakes up in surprise, placing two fingers to her lips. After Kazuma introduces himself to the class he is assigned to sit in the back, directly between Ui and Ibuki.
