Vinnie's life is full of responsibilities. He has to do his homework, help around the house and study for school. All duties that he does not enjoy. He and Rocket imagine what it would be like if they could switch bodies. With the help of an invention by Professor Q, they try it out. Vinnie is now a rocket, Rocket is a human. Frustration mounts when Rocket has to take over Vinnie's duties.
