Morgan is actually the castle itself, and is upset that Kez brought Ryan and Min-Gi to "replace" Jeremy, another passenger who once lived there. Morgan holds them prisoner, mocking the idea of them replacing Jeremy, and the boys berate Kez for not thinking about others and for never apologizing for her actions, telling her to leave. As they look for a way to escape, Min-Gi reads Jeremy's diary. The last entry records that at some point, Kez said something to him that freaked him out, and he decided to talk to her at breakfast. The boys confront Kez, and she reveals that, before getting on the train, Jeremy was in a car crash that killed his mother and sister...
