Iggy comes across DIO's hideout and finds it is guarded by a sadistic falcon named Pet Shop. While Iggy feigned being a dumb dog to not get involved, he reluctantly ends up saving the young owner of the dogs from Pet Shop with the boy running off. Forced to go on the run from Pet Shop and the ice attacks from his Stand Horus, Iggy escapes into the sewers, using The Fool to counterattack Horus. Undeterred, Pet Shop fully manifests Horus and freezes his wounds while preventing Iggy from escaping.
