D'Arby's younger brother Terence T. D'Arby,[v] brings out his Stand Atum, who drags Jotaro, Kakyoin, and Joseph into an illusory world created by another user's Stand. There, D'Arby reveals himself to collect the souls of his defeated opponent like his brother, placing them in his doll collection. With Atum attaching a piece of itself to Jotaro's soul earlier, D'Arby challenges the trio to a series of video games with their souls on the line in order to have him relinquish Jotaro. D'Arby first challenges Kakyoin in a racing video game, with both players using their Stands to perform advanced techniques. With the race neck-and-neck throughout most of the course, the pair soon enter a dark tunnel, with D'Arby gaining a slight lead.
