Seika High has begun its summer vacation. Satsuma's sister Nagisa invites the Maid Latte crew to her beach resort, accompanied by Aoi and Usui. The girls decide to help out at the resort by hosting a one-day Maid café event to attract customers, however Misaki is not as keen to wear the swimsuit uniform. Usui gives her a hickey on her back that forces her to wear a t-shirt to hide it. Later that night, the ladies head out to local hot springs to celebrate, but Misaki reluctantly decides to stay behind after being spooked by Honoka's ghost story and due to the hickey. She later rushes after them alone, believing they had left their tickets behind. She gets lost on the way, and is frightened when Usui grabs her. Realizing his mistake, Usui hugs Misaki to calm her down while apologizing. Aoi arrives and sees them, and tells Misaki to just admit she likes Usui. Upon reaching the hot springs, Misaki realizes her effort was in vain as the tickets she had were only extras.
