Miki tells Kei that Yuu is in the US but they are still dating. Despite his efforts, Miki is unable to talk to Yuu. Michael and Kei compete for Miki's love, and she is fed up with them so she stands them up. She quits her job at the ice cream parlor and goes to Kijima's wife's grocery store. In the end Miki manages to talk to Yuu and she is very happy with her.
