Mr. Bean's electricity is cut off after Mrs. Wicket sees his high electricity bill, so Bean instead builds a wind turbine as a replacement. Mrs. Wicket wants to use her hair dryer, but since there are no sockets available, she steals the electricity of Bean's turbine without permission. When the strong winds short-circuits Bean's appliances and Mrs. Wicket's hair dryer, she ends up burning her hair, to which she is sent to hospital while Bean manages to get his electricity back on.
