Bright Eyes tells her friends about a garbage pollution problem at Big Pony River. They split into teams to track down the responsible dumpers, but in the process, they unwittingly add to the litter. Pony River gets clogged and floods. After the grownups unclog the river, the girls see the trash they previously tossed and help the grownups with the clean-up.
