Jack is building a skyscraper, his future home, and invites Oggy to stay for a night. But poor Oggy has a fear of heights, and can’t get to sleep. Jack helps Oggy get back to sleep, but Oggy starts to sleepwalk, and the cockroaches keep pulling out bolts and nuts, resulting in Jack saving his cousin.
