Episode Description:
When the cockroaches accidentally destroy a witch's hat, they put the blame on Oggy, Jack and Bob and the witch turns them into toddlers. When Olivia is having a hard time taking care of the little ones, she forces Joey to go to where the witch is and confess so that she will turn Oggy, Jack, and Bob back into adults. At the end, the witch turns Joey, Dee Dee and Marky into toddlers. Oggy, Jack and Bob then take them to school.
