Mutesa, a former king, asks Papyrus for help. He tells the boy that his city and his people have been cursed. To break the spell, Papyrus must enter the faceless giant's temple, pass through a circle of fire, and smash a jar. The boy completes the task with ease, but discovers to his horror that he has been tricked by the evil priest Aker. As soon as he smashes the jug, the crocodile god Sobek appears and turns Papyrus into a monster.
