While out walking on the lakeshore, Kei witnesses a UFO landing. A female alien materializes and he panics as a result. Kei attempts, rather poorly, to escape from her, falling into the lake and nearly drowning but the alien saves him. The next day, he is surprised to find that the alien is his new homeroom teacher, Mizuho Kazami, and later that day he also discovers that she's his new neighbor.
