When Ash investigates a break-in at an electric facility, he accidentally gets locked in with Chikorita inside the facility. To make matters worse, the crack teams of Magnemite and Magneton have been trained to attack all intruders. Team Rocket steals Chikorita and the guard Pokemon. Ash follows them to save the Pokemon. Chikorita evolves into Bayleef and breaks free. Team Rocket is blasted off again thanks to Bayleef. The journey continues.
