Rouge and Ayame are arrested by Sheriff Jinnes as soon as they arrive in Erdstadt. A blackmail letter to the townspeople demands gold, but the sender is not the tribe of the Soaring Eagles but the corrupt sheriff and of course Octo and Pus with octopuses in the background. A fight ensues, which Falcon wins with the help of the new chief, Galuda. Kraken manages to escape. Through Falcon's intervention, the citizens of Erdstadt are reconciled with the Indians.
