In the aftermath of Chasten's betrayal, Twink and Stat are sent undercover into Chasten's company to recover the kidnapped actors. Meanwhile, Steve and Deb go to Intellicon, a major networking event for spies, in order to lobby for more influence and funding for Q-Force. However, V recruits them to break into Director Chunley's office to recover information on her brainwashing. Despite agreeing to undertake the mission, Steve chooses to attend Chunley's party instead so he can network with the AIA's senior leadership. V and Deb break into the AIA regardless, later being joined by Steve and the three end up being confronted at gunpoint by Director Chunley and his secretary Louisa. Chunley reveals that V shot and killed Caryn during their last mission together, leading V to escape before she can be arrested...
