Meanwhile, a manhunt for the Red Whirlwind engulfs Neo Verona, even going as far as rationing the food supplies under marshal law and imprisoning suspected innocents into a cage to be burned alive. Dr. Lancelot discovers a priest of the church was the one who slipped information on his connection to the Red Whirlwind. The doctor later makes a decision as Juliet comes to terms with the Montague tyranny.
