Mitsuki and Takayuki are in love, but can Mitsuki over come the guilt of taking Takayuki from Haruka? They are planning on living together, and starting to be a happy couple. Their happiness may be ripped apart when Haruka, after three years, awakens from her coma. Hakura has lost three years of her life, and doesn't even know it. She is still, very much in love with Takayuki. Now Tatayuki is has to decide whether to continue the life he's started with Mitsuki, or go back to what he never got to finish.
