Seiya, Shiryu, Hyoga and Shun go after Ikki and his Black Saints. Seiya tracks down Ikki's hideout and is able to stop him from wearing the Gold Cloth. The Black Saints run away with all the parts of the Cloth. However, Seiya and his friends are each able to defeat four of the Black Saints, retrieving both arms and both legs of the Cloth. Shun hears from one Black Saint that the reason for his brother's change is the training he suffered through at Death Queen Island. Seiya hears from another Black Saint that Ikki plans world domination...
