In order to protect the girl, Klara M. Ruzhkova, Seijuro takes her to Japan to be an apprentice member of the Imperial Combat Revue. He explains to the members of the Flower Division that Klara is the apparent sole survivor of the Moscow Combat Revue, who have gone missing after their airship was mysteriously shot down.
