It's the annual vote for most-popular Screecher competitor. The winner gets to fight with Zeta and get 10 times as many points. Everyone is in a good mood during the voting, and it turns out that many players get nearly the same votes. Bivouac suggests that they figure out who wins by battling in front of the fans so they can continue to get votes.
