Doug, after being arrested for buying concert tickets illegally, is forced to go undercover and infiltrate the world of Nick Kiedis, Steeltown's biggest ticket scalper. Ricky and Sol attend a rockin' concert, but Ricky's full-body rash and Sol's pee shyness threaten to ruin their fun. The end of the episode is a parody of the ending of The Shawshank Redemption.
