After watching a commercial for Cialis, Gerald dresses up as a UPS delivery man in order to engage in sexual roleplay with his wife, Sheila. Ike sees this and is confused, thinking his mother is having an affair with a real delivery man. He draws a picture and tearfully shows Kyle, who also believes the affair is real. Soon, all the kids and men in town, led by Randy, are under the impression that UPS delivery men are sleeping with all the women in South Park.
