Oil's Well That Ends Well.In an oil reserve in Oklahoma, the crew encounters Dr. Vesuvio, who is collecting large quantities of oil in order to rule the world. However, they discover that Vesuvio has been illegally hoarding the oil in order to accomplish the feat.
