Dr. Nightcall and his daughter trick Speed and use the Mach 5 to steal a device called the Mizmo Beam and build another Mach 5 for their boss Cumulus. In addition to the Mizmo Beam, the duplicate Mach 5 can sprout small wings allowing it to fly and contains an atom bomb. Also in this episode, Spritle and Chim-Chim make their own Mach 5 with A: auto jacks and B: grip tires. Needless to say, these features fail so badly that a police officer comments that he should arrest them for such a pathetic display.
