Accidents keep happening on the parking lot playground. So Hana decides to elect a playground leader to maintain order on the playground. Lani, Toni, and Speed are all vying for the position, and with Rubby somehow thrown into the mix, suddenly, there are four candidates who want to be the leader. The next day, the candidates start campaigning. Lani, Speed and Toni have thoroughly ready to go.
