Fearless Leader sends Boris and Natasha to the same camp where they are tasked with stealing Tusk's state of the art super satellite. At camp, Rocky and Bullwinkle accidentally take off in a real rocket and land in the middle of Nevada where they encounter an alien with strange powers.
