John learns that his wife Sun-Hee has only days to live before succumbing to pancreatic cancer. In desperation, he gets a taser gun from a pawn shop before going to work at Vought. After deceiving and tasing him, John steals a guard's badge in order to steal a serum to cure Sun-Hee. After receiving the serum, Sun-Hee recovers and is able to escape with John thanks to glowing tentacle powers emitting from her cancer. As they flee, Sun-Hee suddenly does not feel well and her cancer leaves her body in the forest where it consumes wildlife and grows...
