Just as George and Harold try to get out of gym class and avoid P.E for 22 years after all their friends have an excuse (including Melvin), inadvertently end up getting sent to the principal's office after spilling Mr. Meaner's root beer and they later escape from Mr. Meaner and Mr. Krupp clash on how angry they are, Mr. Meaner clumsily lands on Melvin’s latest invention, the Pumpitupinator, which was at a plot twist mode and ultimately turns Mr. Meaner into an overly huge butt super villain.
