Citracett, a villainous dictator from the fictional country of Euroslavia, decides to seduce He-Mom in an effort to get close to, and rid himself of, the Ripping Brothers, eventually asking He-Mom to marry him. The Ripping Brothers must now follow his orders "as if they were [Citracett's] own". [Never aired on Fox Kids due to scenes that would be considering in bad taste following the September 11th attacks; aired on Adult Swim].
