An orbiting solar energy station malfunctions and fires plasma bolts towards the North Pacific ocean. A cargo plane, carrying a rare animal, is struck by the bolts and International Rescue is called to rescue the crew and cargo. At the same time Lady Penelope and Parker are on board the station and must find a way to shut it down.
