Scott has been caught and imprisoned at the GMC Research Station. But Leconte, who has come to his senses, frees him and they confront Benex. During an argument, the research station is rammed by blue whales and the remaining animals also fight the enemies of the luminous whale. Scott and Leconte take the opportunity to escape and set about freeing the whale.
