Despite convincing the Triceratons that the Fugitoid has in fact left Earth, the Turtles are dismayed to find that the Fugitoid has returned. Having erased any information on the Teleportal from his hard drive, he attempts to offer himself up to the Triceratons to encourage them to end their war against the D'Hoonib Republic. But the Turtles refuse to let their friend be captured.
