Mega then plans to eliminate all of southeast Asia's energy-sources, starting with the new tidal-wave power plant on Visca island near Cab's home. Only Buster and Hydra are allowed to do so, much to the main-Destron's dismay, though they are allowed to ravage an oil-refinery, however the autobots once again thwart them all...
