Meanwhile, a police car is found overturned after a crash. A film reel labeled "For Akechi-kun" is found in the car, and one of the passengers, Senior Officer Kanda, is missing. The film reel depicts Twenty Faces telling Akechi that if he can't find Kanda by 9:00 PM, the senior officer may lose his life...
