The intrigue that claimed the life of Oshtor, the right-hand general of the Imperial Guard, has thrown the entire kingdom of Yamato into chaos. To comply with Oshtor's last wishes, Haku assumed his friend's identity and escaped to Ennakamui with Anju, the princess of Yamato. From there he now wants to fight as Oshtor to restore Yamato and protect the princess from her enemies. At his side are Haku's friends who are mourning his supposed death and at the same time are faced with a difficult decision. Will they accompany Oshtor on his rocky journey in the fight for Yamato?
