Student representative elections are pending. When Mimi learns that the insufferably conceited Sincerity Travers is running for office, she decides to intervene. Without further ado, she chooses her best friend Elaine as a suitable opponent. But Sincerity is a tough nut to crack. She charms the unsuspecting Russell, who has a crush on her, and hires him as a cameraman for her ad campaign. Mimi is appalled by Russell's disloyalty. Especially when she learns that Russell's well-crafted commercials have made Sincerity's popularity soar. By chance, Russel then learns that Sincerity thinks he's an idiot and just took advantage of him. With flying colors he changes sides again. But suddenly a third candidate appears: the conceivably unqualified Loadman. Surprisingly, he quickly gains a huge following. Mimi realizes that to stop Loadman from being elected, you have to team up with the evil Sincerity.
