It's Ortus's birthday and Wussywat finds his picnic surprise: a selection of cakes, jelly and fruit has been laid out. Duckadile squirts him and he slides into the birthday cake, ruining it. They try to help Ird make a new one, but end up wearing the ingredients. Ird asks Wussywat to take a new cake to the picnic blanket, but he trips and it lands on his head. Wussywat looks around and realises the only unsquashed item left is a bowl of fruit, so he builds a new healthier cake out of this. What a clever cat!
