Back home, Rigodón and Tico enjoy the tranquility of home. Princess Romy accompanies Professors Fridricksson and Lidenbrock and Hans to the station, where they will wait for Willy Fog to see off his friends and fellow travelers. Meanwhile, in the Morning Chronicle, Ralph and the owner of the newspaper show Willy Fog a series of illustrations of ships sunk by a supposed sea monster that has been causing serious catastrophes in recent days. Willy Fog decides to go to the shipyards on the Thames to study on the ground the damage caused by the 'monster' on a recently arrived ship, but not before stopping by the railway station to say goodbye to his friends.
