Description

Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji Mitsuri succeeds in slicing off the dragons, but as she corners Zohakuten and attempts to behead him, she fails to realize that he is not the main body and is violently stunned by his sonic attack. Zohakuten goes to kill her as she recalls her past: born to a loving family, she developed abnormal strength at a young age, along with her signature hair color and voracious appetite. Though she cherished her uniqueness, an annulled marriage caused her to long being seen as normal. She dyed her hair black and ate less in an attempt to get married but realized she was hiding her true nature. Joining the Demon Slayer Corps allowed her to act freely with acceptance, just as she wakes up to see Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya rescuing her. She apologizes for her mistake and, reinvigorated, engages the dragons with powerful Love Breathing attacks. Zohakuten notices Mitsuri too possesses a mark strengthening her and concentrates his efforts on the Hashira, exposing Hantengu's burl. Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya go after it, with Genya revealing his ability to gain demonic abilities upon consuming their flesh. They break it open but see the exposed Hantengu attempting to flee once more.
